Glitter and Garters

What do you do when your bestie is about to get married? Throw her an epic bachelorette party in Vegas and then throw her another one in Indy of course.  (Ya, our friends are spoiled.)

I have to start off by saying that I am a 26 year old momma who feels like an old lady.  I was worried about making it awake through the whole party (after all we weren’t going to the bar till 10 which is my bed time.) Well, I am here to say I made it the whole night, went to bed at 4 am (after downing some delicious hot box pizza), and was able to get up and take care of my baby girl the next morning….check it off the list.  I don’t plan on doing it again anytime soon.

Here is the recap of our 1920’s/flapper/Gatsby inspired night.

The bride’s sister and MOH completed our outfits with the garters, boas, adorable headbands, and fake cigarettes. After a few shots we were ready for some food, more drinks, more shots, and a trip to the dueling piano bar Howl at the Moon (a place I spent many of my nights at during college visits to Indy.)

So much fun.  This wedding is going to be amazing and I am pretty sure I am going to cry seeing the gorgeous bride in her beautiful dress! I can’t wait!
